The room had a great view, comfy bed, and spacious. The staff was friendly and offered help with luggage. The location was perfect for exploring. The only downsides were minor issues with cleanliness and lack of a microwave. A good stay.

The location was perfect, right on Piazza with a nice view. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure everything was well-prepared. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a useful kitchen. Although there were some misunderstandings at the garage and a bit of dust in the room, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the major tourist attractions in Florence. The penthouse room we booked had stunning views all around from its terrace and windows. Though the room was a bit old, it was impeccably clean, and the two bathrooms were a great added bonus. The location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to all the main sights and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Piazza della Signoria. The staff were friendly, spoke perfect English, and were always willing to help with any queries. A great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Florence.

Fairly clean contemporary accommodation with helpful staff and wonderful location located in quiet street off one of main squares.

Everything was great, fairly friendly staff, unbeatable location very close to the centre as well as Florence. The room was cleaned and available with a really good view, a kitchenette, a very comfortable bed. The lighting there was natural. Clean and comfortable hotel in Florence Historic Center district.

Our executive suite was stunning and spotless, providing a comfortable stay. Despite minor issues with some electrical sockets, the room was quiet and allowed for a restful night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. I was able to walk to the beach and nearby shops, which was incredibly convenient. The staff, especially the manager Ajahl, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the area. Ajahl even showed me the beach where you can drive your car onto it and lent me foldable beach chairs. The hot continental breakfast was a delightful addition, and I loved sitting outside while enjoying my meal.
